The other day somebody shared with me this image on LinkedIn:
My first reaction was that this is an insult. I thought that it was amazing that the company had dismissed this person’s CV after only 5 seconds. So, I decided to investigate and find out if this is normal or not. And I discovered that it is very normal. In fact, hiring managers spend about 6 seconds looking at a CV before deciding if they call you for a job interview. Shocking! How is this possible?
